The WINTECH Customer Services Group is established as part of its dedication and commitment to meeting the after sales support’ requirements of the customer. The Group provides a comprehensive range of support services covering both the WINTECH product range and third party supplied equipment and packages. The services available encompass all activities that may be required after system delivery and can be provided to any location world-wide. All of the services offered by WINTECH are backed up by team of qualified, fully trained and dedicated team of installation, commissioning, and support engineers. Similarly the Spares and Services team will cater for all spares parts and service needs. The ranges of services offered by WINTECH include:

Design & Engineering
WINTECH will generally supply drawings and documentation as identified in the vendor document requirements list to meet the requirements of the client.

Integration & Production
To provide an integrated and tested system, the system configuration is staged and tested by our personnel at WINECH The following are key points in achieving the objectives of the defined strategy:
• The definition and approval of an agreed Test Procedure and Test Scope • The use of dedicated test equipment configurations and software in support of the standardization and of the test methodologies adopted • The WINTECH integrated test phase • The Final accepting testing in presence of Client representatives. • Site Acceptance Test

Installation & Commissioning
WINTECH is able to proved personnel possessing required technical skill-sets to perform the pre-commissioning, site acceptance test elements and commissioning activities. The ranges of site services offered include:

Training & Customer Support
